my virgin mobile phone not reviving texts?

It happens often i have that flip phone from virgin mobile. And usally i just talk out the battery and turn it back on and i will get all my texts. Now i cant receive a text for like 8 hours now. And i try to take out the battery and leave the battery out for an hour. And it still wont work. There is no sim card on this phone. So what do i do? People can receive my text i just cant get texts from other people. And yes my bill is paid on here

I've been getting nasty text messages from a mobile phone I don't recognise, I called it once from a blocked number and this person picked up saying: Hello, Alan speaking" and then they hung up when I asked who it was. I want to ask my friend to ring that number and try and get his surname somehow, but how do we do it? Can she pretend she's calling from some company?
here's what we did: she rang him saying she was from cifas- uk fraud prevention service and that someone was applying for credit cards using his details. we got his full name, address and date of birth. thanks for your help

iPod Touch 4G - 8GB or 32GB?

I haven't really been into getting an iPod since I never really needed one and it didn't really look all that cool. Although recently my mobiles battery is screwing up (4 years old now) and when I listen to music on it, it just dies in like an hour. Also I lost the headphones (they don't use 3.5mm jacks). I use to listen to music during lunch and walk around town for hours listening to it. Not no more :(

Then the 4th Generation iPod Touch really caught my eye and plus I am in need of an MP3 Player (obviously) and a camera to take home vids with (720p ftw). Although I don't expect the camera to be perfect quality, as long as its decent.

So now I am saving for an iPod Touch 4G but I'm kind of stuck when it comes to choosing between 8GB and 32GB.

I have around 200 songs (it grows every now and then), and plan to download apps since they look interesting. + Video recording :D And possibly a movie or 2.

So to get to the point, would 8GB be enough for me or do you recommend more.
I don't mind paying the extra for 32GB, but if I don't need it, its a waste.
It's quite cheap at the moment here in NZ, thats why I'm wanting to get this.

I'm also not sure on if this product is released or not. I've checked stores and they seem to have it for sale already yet people say its not out yet so I'm not sure.

Pakistan test captain Salman Butt and opening bowlers Mohammad Amir and Mohammad Asif face possible life bans after they were charged on Thursday under the International Cricket Council's (ICC) anti-corruption code.

The ICC said in a statement the trio had been provisionally suspended from all forms of cricket and related activities until the case was concluded. They have 14 days from the receipt of the charges to appeal to an independent tribunal.

"We must be decisive with such matters and if proven these offences carry serious penalties up to a life ban," ICC chief executive Haroon Lorgat said.

"It is important that we do not pre-judge the guilt of these three players. That is for the independent tribunal to decide."

The trio attended a meeting in the high commission in London amid chaotic scenes in which photographers, camera crews and reported jostled for positions.

Should I Apologized First?

I got into a fight with my older sister as usual.
This is what happened:
I was helping my niece who is 3 put together one of those play mobile houses together. It had a thousand pieces and my niece kept on mixing everything together. I asked her to go play with her mom while I set up. Then she came over and was pushing a box into me and pulling everything I made out of the out of the house. I told her to stop. I asked her three times to please stop. Then I told her one last time to please go.
Sister: You can't yell at her she is only three! You keep telling to help you then to go away!
Me: Yea I let her help with something but she keeps moving things around!
Sister: She is only three!
Me: Okay whatever. You can do this with her.
Sister: Well I didn't ask you to do it for me.
Me: Well I thought I would be nice! Okay do it by yourself!
While I was getting up to walk away my sister kicked me in the leg. it wasn't as if it was a mistake or a accident. She had to stretch out her leg to kick me.
I turned around and pointed my finger at her.
Me:Don't you ever touch me!
My sister got up and grabbed my finger and pushed it behind my head and raised her fist to me.
I pushed her off and left.
I don't know weather I am the one to blame for the argument but my sister is the one who started the violence. I was the one walking away and I'm the one who does nice things for her.
I was going to go to my sister later that night and tell her I get why you were mad and explain what my niece was doing. I was then going to tell her that I don't like anyone touching me. But when I got up to say sorry my niece started to talk to me about what she did today. She rudely said you are winding her up why don't you go away.
So I didn't want to get in another arrangement so I left
What should I do?
Should I suck my pride and say sorry or should I say this is enough and wait till my sister apologized first.
I don't even know what to do. My sister is so mean to me everyday. Although I watch her kid and help her out at home. I feel like nanny rather then a sister. I just don't know what to do.

Why isn't my Ipod connecting to my computer?

And how can I fix it? I have an Ipod touch and ever since I reinstalled my operating system, my computer doesn't recognize it. I downloaded and re-downloaded the latest version of itunes, checked to make sure the apple mobile device was installed, and read a lot of support articles. Any ideas on what could be causing this and how to fix it?
My computer is a Dell XPS M140, which is running on Windows XP 2005 Media Center Edition
Okay so it is connecting to my computer in the sense that it is going into the usb port, and my computer is making the beebing noise saying that it knows it's connecting and disconnecting, but it isn't showing up on the taskbar or itunes.

I have a pre-paid tmobile plan but i still have unlimited text for $15.
I cant use my sim on smartphones.
I put my sim into my sidekick but I cant sign into it without web which i don't have.
thats why my phone keeps restarting and i lose all my contacts and etc.
im trying to find a phone with a full keyboard thats not a smartphone unless it wont give me problems. I'm pretty alliterate when it comes to electronics and such. id appreciate if people could inform me and suggest phones to me.

also is it possible for a phone to not be a smartphone yet still pick up wifi?

I have the iPad and I love it. I mainly just use it as my laptop but I can't bring it with me to run and to school. Should I spend the money and get the new iPod touch to have as a mobile mp3 player or is it stupid to have two similar products. Would love your thoughts, thanks
